13 ways to stay mentally healthy in 2015

I found these helpful tips on The Balanced Mind this morning. Yes, they’re two years old and aimed at young adults, but I think they hold up pretty well for people of all ages. I’ve tried some of these, but not all. I want to try more of them in 2015–especially light therapy. Several of my friends have tried it and they say it really helps.

But, what works for some may not work for others. For me, the key is trying new things–and not being down on myself if something doesn’t work.

I vow to keep trying. I hope you do, too.
