Which Americans suffer most from depression?

Saw this on CBS today. Nearly 1 out of every 10 Americans have depression, but only one third seek help. That’s got to change!

A habitual exercise would lessen depression, I also experienced this before but when I started exercising slowly it went away my depressions were gone. Try biking, it will really make you feel good. You can sleep well at night. Just give it a time to do it!

Thanks, Jason. Absolutely, exercise is a big help for anyone with depression. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that everyone is different when it comes to their level of depression. I exercise regularly, but my depression has not gone away. Exercise does, however, play a big role in helping me manage my depression. Another good one is brisk walking. If you can put one foot in front of the other, you can do it.
